Last May 30, at the Carlo B\u00f2 University of Urbino in the department of Law was held the seminar on “the organization of work and the management of security in the small and medium enterprise”.<\/p>\r\n

In truth, our Production Technology and Work Safety Manager, Ferruccio Bortolan, was invited to give testimony of how Dmm has always been sensitive to the problem of work safety, both humanly and functionally, intended as work force.<\/p>\r\n

During the conference, was brought up the importance of continuous research for the improvement of safety that our company has addressed for years thanks to collaborations and interventions.Dmm actually, beyond the collaboration with Geco, company operating in the field of Environment and Work Safety, has implemented its internal structure with the organizational system designed to ensure the achievement of objectives of health and safety (SGLS), following the UNI-INAIL guidelines having supervisory bodies, both internal and external and with periodic checks that would ensure the compliance and the adjustment of observations.<\/p>\r\n

We can say with absolute pride that DMM is careful and compliant with the laws handling in detail staff training, keeping it informed and checking the compliance to the rules with the possibility of sanctioning the misconduct of the worker, when defined by NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement).<\/span><\/p>\r\n
