We strongly believe in the employment of young people in our company and in their ability to bring innovation and modernity to our context. DMM has actually already implemented projects geared to the integration of young people in the working world. The proof of this is the collaboration undertaken with the Mengaroni High School of Pesaro, giving the possibility to the students of interface with the working world, touching with hand the techniques and the innovation of the machinery of our production department. Main focus is the reduction of the distance between school and work in order to educate the new generations to the importance of tradition, modernizing it thanks to personal and technological skills. This is the right way to foster the Made in Italy and, as Giuseppe Frulla says … “The Made in Italy will survive if we invest in the youth.
