High quality and flow work

Creating a unique kitchen monoblock, consisting of base units with doors, an ultra-slim overhanging top and the perimeter edge of the marble worktop, in a Polished Brass finish, with an elegant and precious appearance.

In order to make the final effect of the kitchen look like a jewel, it was necessary to research and use a base material of the highest polishing quality.

The processing of brass, a soft material characterized by continuous oxidation, required timely and accurate handling of the work steps.
For this reason, our work masters have developed a flow management between one machining operation and the next – from cutting to bending and welding and cleaning – allocating the right working time and preventing oxidation.

The final brightness was achieved thanks to an ad-hoc clear coating.
