Rounded lines and impressive finishes

Produce thick curved metal accessories for bathroom furniture to match existing bathtubs and washbasins, with measurements accurate to the millimetre for perfect integration and capable of enhancing the element and the bathroom that houses them.

The uniqueness of these accessories, towel rails, grab bars and bases for baths and washbasins, lies in the strong radius that characterises them and the significant thickness of the stainless steel of 4 and 5 mm.

In order to achieve optimal bending of the stainless steel, it was necessary to carry out tests first, so as to achieve consistency in calendaring, and to make several control and welding jigs to ensure consistency of size and quality.

Given the multiple finishing possibilities of the accessories, from bronze satin to penny satin, from stainless steel satin to Titaniox®, we opted for a stock order management, keeping in stock a quantity of semi-finished products in raw finish, which are then finished and delivered to the customer when sold, thus allowing flexible management of customer orders and deliveries.
