The challenge
The realization of 2,700 m² of cladding for a majestic seafront building, consisting of over 700 unique panels, each with different shapes, dimensions, and curvatures.
Made of white-painted aluminum certified QUALICOAT, the panels feature three different bending radii and a double terminal rib, reaching surface areas of up to 5 m².
The client demanded absolute precision, aesthetic continuity, and extremely tight deadlines: just five months to produce hundreds of complex components, while the drawings were continuously updated and subjected to rigorous quality controls. Each revision required new verifications, adjustments, and intense technical coordination.
The complexity extended beyond panel fabrication to the management of the entire production flow: crate organization, component traceability, and the unique identification of every element throughout all processing stages—from technical offices to final shipment.
A comprehensive challenge in which DMM expressed its Advanced Engineering, transforming complex ideas into technically flawless solutions, and its Production Power, capable of addressing every detail without compromise.
Its one-of-a-kind Artisanal Mastery made it possible to work on exceptionally large components with absolute precision, achieving a harmonious and top-level result.
The result
Complexity was translated into a precise and coordinated process: a dedicated mold for curvature, a fully dedicated team, and total traceability enabled the execution of each panel to the millimeter—transforming a monumental project into an impeccable outcome.
