The challenge
Design and create an aisle counter completely in steel, with a strong visual impact, a slim and suspended look, perfectly functional, meant for Michelin-starred chefs during the fairs and events all around the world
A unique and original look for a large counter, 3900x1200xH930 mm, with multiple components that perfectly match each other, making it look like a single piece.
With a graceful look, this sturdy counter was made in the glass-lined Touch Peltrox® finish with some details in protected Scotch-brite Brass and Bronze powder-coating.
The counter, with special sections and profiles, is characterized by two induction hobs, deep drawers on both sides, open compartments for pots and hanging bars.
The handles, in painted embossed light bronze steel, perfectly match the color of the customer’s pots and serve as hangers, while the side ones, in the same finish, become hanging bars, thanks to an integrated tube.
Even the grilles, that are located in the open shelves and in the side grids, with a very particular mesh shape of complex construction, required the creation of special molds and control jigs: they are the result of precise bending, accurate to the tenth, and great craftsmanship in welding.
Finally, the feet, made of stainless steel and brass, are very nice aesthetically, but also useful as they can adjust the height of the counter and support it entirely, also protecting the floor, making everyone who looks at it think of an elegant suspension.
The result
A counter worthy of the best Michelin-starred chefs, thanks to its industrial chic look and to the details that embellish it, gaining appreciation in every fair it's exhibited.
