Monolithic stainless steel seating

Steel shaped into essential volumes

The challenge

Perfect precision, invisible joints, uniform finish

To create a bench and a stool with an essential and rigorous character, capable of conveying a monolithic appearance while being composed of distinct elements. The project features seating made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, composed of intersecting tubular elements and a thick flat top.

A clear request: to achieve an object with a clean, continuous design, where every joint would be invisible and each element perfectly aligned, eliminating any perception of assembly.

A challenge requiring a very high level of construction precision. The welds and fixing systems are imperceptible to the eye, while still ensuring structural solidity and continuity of the satin finish.

A result made possible thanks to Artisanal Mastery, capable of intervening with extreme accuracy during the welding and finishing phases, and through Custom and Exclusive Solutions, developed to identify dedicated construction solutions that allowed every technical element to be integrated and concealed within the structure, preserving the formal purity of the object and leaving only the essence of the design visible.

The result

Fixing systems designed and positioned at strategic points beneath the tops, together with impeccable welding and finishing work, allow perfectly continuous surfaces to be achieved. The result is a seat in which the technique completely disappears, leaving space for the purity of the metal and the strength of the design.
