Manufacture a 6-meter diameter, 12-meter-high detachable spiral staircase, in steel and aluminum, with an attached decorative central round column, for a wonderful villa in Dubai.

The elegant architectural structure consists of stringers cladded both internally and externally in white pre-painted aluminum, with mirror stainless steel upper and lower covers.

The steps were also made in white aluminum; they are cladded with marble tops on the upper side, and with white lexan — a particularly resistant and durable plastic material — on the lower side.

The weight-bearing column, placed in the center of the staircase, was made of white coated steel on the inside, with provision for the insertion of LEDs, and curved panels in cork-effect steel and white lexan on the outside.

The on-site testing phase was crucial to verify the correct assembly and stability of the staircase.

The packaging and packing list were set up in numbered boxes as per the assembly diagram, making everything suitable for international air transport.

The staircase is a real work of art, being finished in every detail, and giving luster and prestige to this spectacular villa.
