To create a finish capable of reflecting the client’s personality and narrating the passage of time through matter.

The goal was to achieve an authentic, living copper green, born from the controlled oxidation of real copper—able to evolve over time while preserving balance and harmony within the composition of a 2300 × 1500 mm island, consisting of 21 drawers, 3 side panels, and 4 doors.

Through an intense process of research and direct dialogue with the designer, numerous samples were developed to reach the perfect shade—one able to preserve its elegance throughout its precious transformation.

The copper green finish stems from an artisanal process that brings out the metal’s most intimate and valuable nuances, transforming its natural evolution into pure aesthetic expression.

The architect was invited to witness the creation of the finish in person, allowing for a real-time illustration of the surface’s behavior and its possibilities, highlighting the living nature of the material.

To ensure the material continuity desired by the designer, each door was treated and positioned as part of a single, unified whole, where shades flow seamlessly into one another, creating a coherent and harmonious surface.

The result

A finish that lives, breathes, and transforms—making time visible and revealing the identity of the one who imagined it. An exercise in balance between Experimentation, Artisanal Mastery, and Tailor-Made, Exclusive Solutions, where metal becomes a narrative of beauty, transformation, and time.
