Restoring the Montecatini Terme train station which, thanks to its details and features, represents one of the most famous examples of modern architecture of the last century.
Rich in beautiful, damaged furniture, the request was to bring it back to its former glory thanks to the restoration of the particular U-shaped brass inserts of the armrests of the chairs, as well as other integrated components.
Thanks to specific bending molds we were able to fulfill the exact Designer’s will: curve the high thickness brass. Once the item was made, we focused on making light an essential component: a light of its own and not just reflected. A mirror finish, made by our artisans who manually passed special polishing papers on every piece, with great care and attention to detail.

The result

An impeccable work, which was key to restoring the station and its magnificent waiting rooms fixing the damages of World War II, with harmony and enchanting beauty.
